The V&V; Lead position requires at least 5 to 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects. You will guide the implementation of the verification and validation process, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Your expertise will be key in coordinating verification efforts across diverse teams, promoting seamless integration and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Verification & Validation Plan
• Oversee the Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM)
• Coordinate with testing, commissioning,



and design teams
• Support compliance verification for systems and subsystems
• Track and manage V&V-related; risks and non-conformances
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in V&V; or engineering
• Familiarity with RTVM and tools like DOORS
• Robust organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in safety-critical environments preferred
