Key Responsibilities:
• Process and settle mutual fund trades and GICs
• Ensure daily settlement totals match the central depository




• Monitor and correct trade rejections promptly
• Communicate with Mutual Fund Companies to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate daily settlement reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Operations at a Financial Services firm
• Fluency in English and French required
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
• Knowledge of Dataphile and Fundserv is an asset
• Solid organizational and time management skills
