About the Opportunities

We are working with a range of healthcare employers who require dedicated and compassionate Health Care Aides to support patient care and daily living activities. Opportunities may include long‑term care facilities, acute care units, supportive living environments, community care, and private care settings. Both temporary/contract and permanent positions may become available.

Key Requirements
Health Care Aide certificate from a recognized Alberta program
Previous experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting considered an asset
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to care




Ability to provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date immunization records (as required by placement)
Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening (as required)

Supportive and assisted living residences
Acute care hospital units
Community home care programs
Private duty care environments
