Oak Valley Health is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in Specimen Collection and Processing, Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Science. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform specimen collection and processing accurately
• Conduct tests in Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Science
• Maintain high-quality lab standards and patient care




• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Requirements
Requirements:
• Certification from the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• Experience in a core laboratory with phlebotomy skills
• Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems; Meditech preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated commitment to a secure workspace
