We are seeking custodians to fill casual positions within our Facilities team. Responsibilities include maintaining general cleanliness, adhering to a daily cleaning schedule, and ensuring safety and security in the building. This role involves various tasks such as dusting, mopping, and garbage disposal, alongside additional duties based on observation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned offices and facilities
• Complete daily tasks like sweeping and mopping




• Ensure all recyclable materials are prepared and garbage disposed of
• Secure the building at the end of shifts
• Observe and act on additional cleaning needs
Requirements:
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• WHMIS training and knowledge of protected work practices an asset
• Satisfactory police and child welfare checks required
• Adaptable availability for variable hours
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace
