As a full-time Specialist in Facility Maintenance Planning, you'll develop and manage planned activities for optimal operations. In this permanent role, you will leverage your expertise in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Key tasks include scheduling operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and planning maintenance activities to maintain safety standards for animals and guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and project activities
- Champion CMMS while implementing improvements
- Prepare cost estimates for proactive maintenance work
- Manage vendor relationships and procure necessary services
- Develop and report key performance indicators for operations Requirements:
- Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent required
- Minimum 7 years in operational maintenance management
- Experience in project management and CMMS software
- Strong organizational skills for multitasking and priorities
