The role involves maintaining daily logs, conducting orientations, and facilitating collaboration with trade partners. Your expertise will enhance the quality and efficiency of diverse projects within our portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

- Document construction activities through daily logs
- Facilitate weekly site meetings to track progress
- Conduct Toolbox Talks to ensure team safety
- Manage handovers and warranty documentation for clients
- Supervise trade partners and support field staff Requirements:
- At least 5 years as a Site Superintendent
- Proficient in computer applications for stakeholder communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledgeable of Worksafe BC safety standards
