We seek a Health and Safety Manager to drive compliance, risk management, and safety initiatives full-time in the Edwardsburg Cardinal area. In this new position, you will report to the VP of Operations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required skills include leadership in safety strategy development, compliance system management, and emergency preparedness. You'll guide personal protective equipment programs and foster engagement through training and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop leadership and safety strategies across operations
- Establish compliance and safety management systems
- Oversee risk management and hazard prevention initiatives
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) programs
- Prepare for emergency response and safety performance improvement Requirements:
- CRSP or CRST designation is mandatory
- 10+ years in Health and Safety roles
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and legislation
- Proven leadership and communication capabilities
