These functions include the assessment, facilitation and evaluation of injury prevention, environmental safety, occupational health and safety, employee wellness and development, training,



implementation and consultation. The Health & Safety Manager oversees all Occupational Health and Safety activities, and disability management for the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A minimum post-secondary school diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration with emphasis on health and safety.
- Ability to work flexible schedule as determined by the Director of Finance & Corporate Services in relation to service requirements.
- Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s Licence and have access to a personal vehicle which will pass a Provincial safety inspection. As an Indigenous Agency Dilico gives preference to Indigenous people.
