Join WestJet as an Inventory Planner to enhance our global supply chain efficiency. This in-person role focuses on inventory planning, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this term position, the Inventory Planner will report to the Manager of Distribution Centre Inventory Planning & Control.

You will develop and maintain supply plans while ensuring the right products are available at the optimal times. Strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain operations are essential for analyzing demand trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop supply plans balancing service levels and operational needs
- Analyze demand drivers for accurate forecasts
- Establish inventory planning parameters for optimal stock
- Monitor inventory performance and identify supply risks
- Partner with stakeholders to align supply plans Requirements:
- 3+ years in supply or inventory planning
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Leverage your expertise in inventory planning and supply chain to support WestJet's mission.
