Become a Reclamation Assessor with AER, focusing on technical reviews and stakeholder collaboration in Calgary or Medicine Hat. Drive compliance with Alberta’s reclamation standards. We are seeking a full-time Reclamation Assessor as part of our Enterprise Reclamation team.

Your role will involve reviewing reclamation applications, ensuring environmental performance, and engaging with external stakeholders to address concerns. A strong background in environmental criteria will be pivotal. Key Responsibilities:

- Review compliance of reclamation certificate applications
- Address external concerns related to reclamation
- Provide guidance on policy and variances
- Clarify reclamation requirements with consultants
- Contribute to the AER vision through strategic input Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields
- 6+ years of direct reclamation experience
- Proficient knowledge of Alberta 2010 Reclamation Criteria
- Robust understanding of native vegetation
