HDR seeks an Operations & Maintenance Facilities Planning and Design Lead with at least 15 years of experience in transit or industrial design.

You will bring subject-matter expertise in vehicle maintenance equipment and safety, focusing on efficient workflows and life-cycle considerations for transit agencies. This position supports early-phase design through detailed planning and site coordination. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design of maintenance facilities, including storage and servicing areas
- Provide expert knowledge on vehicle systems and equipment




- Define operational flows for vehicles and staff in facility design
- Oversee technical design phases, ensuring maintainability
- Manage team collaboration across multiple disciplines Requirements:
