In this multifaceted role, you will oversee and develop community ministry programs that adapt to the evolving needs of the public. Your responsibilities include conducting community needs assessments, recruiting and managing volunteers, and collaborating with agencies for client referrals. Engage in day-to-day operations and work closely with The Salvation Army's mission to deliver critical support and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee community ministry programming
• Conduct community needs assessments for strategic planning
• Recruit and manage volunteers,



including students
• Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards
• Provide emergency assistance services as required
Requirements:
• 2-year Community College diploma in Social Services or related field
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction issues
• Experience in program development and facilitation
• Valid Saskatchewan Class '5' Driver’s License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
