As a Program Officer, you'll work with the Principal Investigator and Lab Manager at CAMH’s Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute. Your role includes research coordination, regulatory compliance support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth lab operations. Ideal candidates have experience in health research or laboratory settings, along with solid organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Principal Investigator
• Assist with financial documentation and expense tracking




• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for lab members
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and protocols
• Develop scientific figures and presentations for communication
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
• 1+ year in research administration or support
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Experience with graphic design software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
