Applicants for the Advisory Board Member position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial leadership roles, with a preference for those with a background in energy, natural gas, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors. The role requires a strategic mindset, solid expertise in manufacturing systems and process optimization, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate must also possess solid financial acumen, experience in aligning manufacturing operations with service-based business models, and the ability to provide executive-level advisory support. Excellent communication, analytical, and advisory skills are essential, and board or advisory experience is considered an asset.
