As a full time Nurse B, you will assess and enhance nursing capabilities through tailored education and support. Your work will encompass unit orientation, in-service training, and the development of resources for both clients and staff. This role requires solid interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of nursing education needs
• Facilitate in-service training and unit orientation for nurses




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best practices
• Develop resources that enhance client care
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• BLS-HCP Certification required
• Registered/eligible with the CRNS
• Effective writing and verbal communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle
