GeoVerra is looking for a Survey Assistant who is excited about hands-on work and outdoor projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate adaptability and robust organizational skills while assisting the Crew Chief in achieving project goals. A diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering Technology is favored but not required. Your commitment to safety and team collaboration will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time for shifts and assignments
• Keep track of tools and equipment used in the field
• Foster a positive work setting among team members
• Collaborate with the Crew Chief to meet project timelines
• Participate in safety training and follow all protocols
Requirements:
• Background in Geomatics or related field preferred
• Previous outdoor or surveying experience advantageous
• Ability to travel for projects regularly
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
• Comfortably lift and carry 50lbs weekly
