We're looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, dealership, tire, wheel, truck accessory, or automotive parts industry .

What You'll Do Lead and coach the sales team
Drive showroom sales and profitability
Oversee daily operations and customer experience
Develop processes and improve efficiency
Build relationships with commercial and retail customers
Help grow one of Alberta's premier automotive accessory brands
What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience




Leadership or management experience
Proven sales success and customer service excellence
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for building teams and creating results
