Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Health Care Aide to assist patients and help maintain their quality of life. You will collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to provide essential support services in home and health care facilities. This position requires a commitment to patient safety and effective communication while observing and reporting on patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities
• Support nurses in providing routine patient care
• Organize and facilitate activities for residents




• Monitor and report on patients’ health and mood
• Maintain a safe workplace for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with CLHA as Health Care Aide
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Active engagement and communication with patients
• Driver's license and vehicle required
• Commitment to fostering a supportive care setting
