Join Spectrum Society for Community Living as a Part time Community Support Worker in Vancouver's east side. Support personal care, assist with activities, and work closely with a dedicated team to improve residents' quality of life.

In this ongoing role, you will assist SB with personal care on Saturdays from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Key responsibilities include using a ceiling lift for transfers and managing feeding tubes. Training is fully provided to ensure you excel in this impactful role within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist SB with all personal care needs
Operate ceiling lift effectively for transfers
Support during appointments and scheduled activities
Engage and motivate SB throughout the day
Complete training provided for required tasks

Requirements:
Valid Class 4 driver's license required
Experience in supervision or management beneficial
Proficient in computer skills including email and Word
Ability to support individuals who feel anxious
Engage effectively with people's interests
