About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of VIP & Loyalty to join their expanding leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, scaling, and owning the high-value player strategy, with a focus on shaping the premium player experience, driving long-term value, and leading a team through a period of rapid growth.

This role is pivotal in building a player-centric program that integrates hospitality with commercial decisions, supported by data, product, and CRM. The Head of VIP & Loyalty will be responsible for defining reinvestment frameworks, player treatment guidelines, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve loyalty programs, rewards, and engagement initiatives.





Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP, loyalty, CRM, customer lifecycle, or player development roles, with a solid emphasis on analytics and communication skills. Experience in managing high-value segments and a background in loyalty programs and player segmentation is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a preferred background in sweepstakes casino, online casino, iGaming, sports betting, or social casino, and leadership experience with VIP hosts or player development teams. The role requires a balance of hospitality and commercial decision-making, a commitment to a player-first culture, and the ability to ensure sustainable growth while championing exceptional service for VIP players.
