Key Responsibilities:
Lead student achievement and well-being initiatives across K-12 schools




Supervise and mentor school leaders for effective performance
Address emerging challenges in student mental health and safety
Contribute to the Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan
Foster inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments

Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience in education settings
Membership with the Ontario College of Teachers
Understanding of curriculum and equity-focused programming
Proven ability to integrate technology in education
Fluency in French is an asset
