The Company is in search of a VP of Sales for Canada, who will be the senior sales leader responsible for achieving revenue, volume, and growth targets across all Canadian channels. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving disciplined sales execution, accurate forecasting, and rigorous pipeline management. This role involves leading National Sales Managers and field teams, building organizational bench strength, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture. The VP of Sales will also be expected to develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships, champion capability building, and act as a key member of the Canada Leadership Team to influence market strategy and enterprise decisions.
Applicants for the VP of Sales position must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a field related to business or marketing, and at least 10 years of progressive sales experience in the food service or broader food industry. A minimum of 7 years in senior sales leadership, with a proven track record in P&L; ownership, revenue growth management, and commercial execution, is required. The role demands a leader with solid executive presence, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a history of leading through change and delivering results in complex settings. The ideal candidate will be recognized as a bona fide sales leader, capable of driving accelerated growth within the Canadian market.
