As the Program Lead, you will guide cross-functional teams to enhance analytic products, data standards, and reporting solutions. The role emphasizes your expertise in health data and analytics management while overseeing the Data Services program.

Developing high-performing teams and ensuring adherence to data governance will be pivotal in delivering policy-relevant outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team
Own and monitor program workplans, timelines, and milestones
Translate analyses into comprehensive reports and presentations




Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
Minimum 5 years in health data or analytics roles
1–3 years supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency with relational databases and large datasets
Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills
