This role reports to the Electrical Superintendent and provides essential support for electric shovels, drills, and substations. You will engage closely with maintenance and technical teams to develop reliability initiatives and ensure compliance with electrical codes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage electrical asset health and replacement strategies • Ensure adherence to safety and health programs • Provide engineering support for mobile mining systems • Investigate failures using root cause analysis • Lead reliability improvement initiatives
Requirements: • Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering • At least three years of experience in the field • Previous heavy industry experience preferred • Eligible for EGBC Engineer registration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
