This position is pivotal for ensuring the robustness of BHSI’s Claims systems, including the Duck Creek platform, which serves clients across various regions. You will manage incident and problem resolutions and work closely with business operations to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of ownership and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:



- Mentor and develop a global Production Services team - Cultivate accountability and a progressive team setting - Direct cross-functional teams during critical incidents - Collaborate with multiple departments to diagnose issues - Maintain operational standards, focusing on service continuity
Requirements: - 8–12+ years of experience leading production support teams - 5+ years in managed roles within regulated sectors - Robust knowledge of cloud systems and support tools - Experience in managing high-impact incident responses - Effective communication with all organizational levels
