Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Measure, fit, align, and tack components accurately
• Perform MIG welding on fabricated assemblies
• Conduct quality inspections to meet Norstar standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a welding or fabrication role
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using measuring tools
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
