As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of training materials for ARCC Operators and Engineers. You will also ensure that all systems and documentation are ready for current site onboarding. This role encompasses comprehensive training covering technical knowledge essential for remote control center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding activities for new sites ensuring all personnel are prepared
• Assist in validating SCADA systems during commissioning phases
• Develop training materials including manuals and SOPs




• Deliver specialized training for ARCC Operators and Engineers
• Track compliance and maintain training documentation
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of SCADA systems and engineering concepts
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience
• Experience in remote control center operations strongly preferred
