The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and solid attention to detail. This role requires a solid understanding of civil procedure and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings and file court documents electronically
• Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and documentation
• Schedule examinations for discovery and issue notices




• Organize client documents and prepare Affidavits of Documents
• Assist in trial preparation, including mediation and pre-trial briefs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal program
• 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Excellent typing skills (75–80 WPM)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
