This full-time position requires an individual adept in crisis intervention and community-based service delivery. Work directly with youth facing challenges in their educational workplace and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective service coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist youth in crisis with immediate mental health interventions
• Consult on treatment and safety plans in schools
• Provide intensive short-term counseling and support services




• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for effective service delivery
Requirements:
• University degree in Social Work or related field with 1-2 years’ experience
• Registration in 'Good Standing' with the Ontario College of Social Workers
• Knowledge of effective counseling strategies for marginalized youth
• Certification in mental health support training programs
• Familiarity with the impacts of multi-generational trauma
