This individual will be the lead on various initiatives within the IT domain and will work closely with internal Technology teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements.What The Role OffersOwn IT related solutions/programs in the Professional Services IT Systems domain (e.G., Netsuite OpenAir)Manage onshore development workforcePartner with offshore development COE to ensure staffingImplement continuous improvement development through contemporary coding frameworks and best practicesThread multi‑phased solutions/projects across multiple releases into one coherent solution/programWork with stakeholders and within the team to develop aggressive, yet achievable, delivery roadmapsDrive the adoption of agile principles by collaborating with the Agile Coach, empowering the team to deliver value through continuous improvement and innovationAccountable for IT HLD (High‑Level Design) / DDD (Detailed Design Document): content, completion and qualityDrive & contribute to project solutions – JAD sessions, responsible for gathering input / documenting HLDAlign all technology teams (Digital, Network) when delivering IT solutionsSupport Architecture (Enterprise and Solution Architects)
in defining overall solution approach in partnership with technology stakeholdersSupport the Project Manager throughout the project life cycleWork with Enterprise Architecture and procurement on defining vendor expectationsCreate and manage governance/gating artifacts in collaboration with PM, application teams and governanceManage change requests and negotiate code drop dates in balance with business requested delivery datesSupport testing teams/activities: test plan/case consultation and manage defect triage with appropriate application teamsWork closely with third‑party technology vendors; challenge vendor designto ensure solutions satisfy business needsLiaise with other technology solution delivery groups including Network and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and application support for the businessDevelop realistic project plans with clearly stated deliverables and timelines in collaboration with the Business Unit, Go‑to‑Market, Planning, and Engagement teamsManage project and portfolio budgets and assist in managing cost‑center financialsCoordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and conflicts and, when necessary, escalates to executive levelEndorse quality, innovation and timely communication of issues/opportunities.
