As the Quality and Infection Control Leader, you will report to the Executive Director, driving infection prevention strategies throughout our facility. Your leadership will ensure adherence to IPAC policies, facilitate education, and maintain a culture of quality improvement. Partner with health professionals and oversee clinical outcomes to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement the home's IPAC program • Lead interdisciplinary teams in quality initiatives • Conduct infectious disease surveillance and audits • Analyze compliance metrics and recommend actions • Maintain relationships with health authorities and oversight teams

Requirements: • Certification in infection control (by April 2025) • At least 1 year working in long-term care • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role preferred • Proven leadership and solid communication skills • Data proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
