Duties and Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Technician at High Point, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch heating and cooling solutions to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various HVAC-related tasks. Specific duties include:

- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently to determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential problems.
- Handle refrigerant handling and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the Dispatch team to schedule and complete service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates.
- Keep detailed records of all service and maintenance work, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry advancements through continuous learning and training.




- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working workplace for yourself and others.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights for improving overall service quality and efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
