Advantages Competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000 Permanent, full-time opportunity Straight day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Strong opportunity for career development and advancement Supportive, collaborative team environment Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Clean, well-organized facility Company events and a positive workplace culture Responsibilities Prepare estimates for deficiency repairs identified through PM inspections Source materials and pricing for inspection and repair quotes Prepare quotes for follow-up repairs resulting from service calls Assist with quoting shop breakdowns and evaluations Support inspection-related administrative tasks Assist technicians with technical support during service breakdowns when required Support spare parts quoting and ordering as requested Maintain organized records and spreadsheets related to estimates, inspections, and shop activity Assist with basic reporting on estimates and costs for internal review Requirements 1–3+ years of estimating, quoting, or service-related experience in an industrial or mechanical environment Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding (hands‑on experience an asset) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or similar ERP systems is an asset Ability to read and interpret inspection reports and technical information Solid attention to detail and accuracy Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
