Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation seeks a dedicated principal responsible for overseeing all aspects of school leadership and administration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic and instructional initiatives at the education centre
Ensure secure and productive daily school operations

Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education
Foster the integration of Mi’kmaw language across curricula
Requirements:
Bachelor in Education required; Master's desirable
Valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification or eligibility
5+ years of teaching experience; leadership favored
Robust understanding and proficiency in Mi’kmaw language
Experience working with First Nations communities preferred
