Dillon is seeking a Planner to manage land development projects while fostering stakeholder relationships. With at least five years of progressive planning experience and a Master’s degree preferred, you will act as a trusted advisor, contributing to business growth and client relationships.

Prepare proposals and presentations, while promoting self-development and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate land development planning projects
Liaise with public agencies and stakeholders
Coach and develop staff through mentoring




Engage in business development and client networking
Travel for client relationship and project research

Requirements:
Degree in planning, geography, or related field
Membership in Ontario Qualified Planners Institute (OPPI)
Minimum five years in land use planning
Experience with Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) preferred
Robust communication and report writing skills
