In this role, you will coordinate with both the Sales and Financial departments, managing customer requirements and timelines effectively. Your solid organizational skills and background in IT hardware will be essential as you assist in quoting and ordering processes.
You'll also monitor order statuses and troubleshoot when issues arise to deliver seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor sales orders for timely delivery
Assist with ordering hardware and software products
Manage requests from different departments
Review backorder reports and troubleshoot orders
Prepare monthly cycle count summaries
Requirements:
Degree in Business or Information Technology
Previous order entry experience preferred
Robust skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of IT products and systems
Capability to manage complex troubleshooting tasks
