This full time role reports to the Vice President – Shared Services and is central to aligning IT with business goals. You'll engage in modernizing IT infrastructure and ensuring productive service delivery while managing multiple sub-functions and direct reports.

Engage stakeholders effectively to reinforce alignment between business demands and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute IT strategy matching business needs and risk posture
Supervise infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services
Track and enhance KPIs,



SLAs for consistent performance
Oversee major IT projects and vendor relationships
Strengthen operational practices for reliability and efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT or related field
Over 10 years in IT operations and service delivery
Bilingual (French/English) preferred
Expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud services
Proven leadership in governance and vendor management
