Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process
Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors




Conduct special test collections like drug screens and paternity tests
Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries
Complete data entry for patient demographics and requisitions

Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
Phlebotomy experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills are essential
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Robust patient service and empathy in high-pressure settings
