As a leader in the Energy & Resources team, you’ll oversee complex projects in electrical distribution systems up to 44 kV. Your wealth of experience, combined with a robust command of overhead and underground systems, will ensure the delivery of superior client services.

This role involves direct project management and mentoring junior engineers, while providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design activities for overhead and underground distribution systems
Review and approve engineering documents and work packages




Manage projects effectively from initiation to completion
Resolve complex field issues using engineering judgment
Build solid relationships with utilities and clients

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
Over 12 years in electrical utility distribution
Experience with ≤44kV systems
Knowledge of Ontario utility standards and software tools
Strong communication skills and team collaboration
