Northview is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our Residential team in Yellowknife, NT. This position focuses on maintaining properties with care and pride.
As a Groundskeeper reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure that our buildings exude pride of ownership while maintaining safety standards. In this outdoor role, expect diverse tasks including landscaping, snow clearing, and assisting with resident services. Your commitment will play a key role in enhancing neighborhood aesthetics and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all common areas
• Maintain landscaping, including lawns and flower beds
• Move materials and assist with clearing vacant suites
• Perform snow removal and ice control as needed
• Support renovations and preventative maintenance efforts
Requirements:
• Previous experience working outdoors preferred
• Solid ability to manage time and work under pressure
• Positive customer service and English communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends if required
