This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a top financial client as a Release Train Strategist/Scrum Master in a large-scale agile workplace. You will facilitate PI planning sessions, manage dependencies, and resolve obstacles to streamline software releases. Your experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and proficiency in Jira will contribute to driving continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate program increment planning sessions for team alignment
• Monitor progress across teams to manage schedules and dependencies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features for releases

Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer
• 10+ years in project or program management
• 2+ years of experience in a financial context
• Proficiency in Jira and Protected experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
