Key Responsibilities:



• Strengthen preventative inspection and repair processes • Oversee a mixed fleet from plow trucks to excavators • Lead and mentor mechanical staff for future growth • Set quality and performance standards for the team • Coordinate seasonal equipment readiness programs

Requirements: • Proven leadership experience in mechanical settings • Robust technical knowledge of mechanical systems • Experience in compliance with Provincial regulations • Valid BC Driver’s license and a clean driving record • Excellent communication and organizational skills
