Take on a key leadership role in housing and homelessness as an Operations and Strategy Manager. This full time position focuses on operational excellence, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

In collaboration with the Director of Housing & Homelessness, you will implement strategic initiatives that reflect Métis perspectives. This role emphasizes operational leadership and the development of policies and frameworks that address community needs.

By ensuring alignment across departmental priorities, you will support the successful delivery of housing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day departmental operations and strategies
Assist in the development of housing policies for Métis
Prepare and review significant reports and presentations




Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Evaluate the effectiveness of housing programs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
At least 5 years in operations or strategic management
Experience in policy development and analysis
Familiarity with housing project processes
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
