This fully remote role will lead HR operations, complex case handling, Workday transactions, perks administration, and compliance reporting, with a solid emphasis on Canadian labour regulations and bilingual support. Must-Have Qualifications:



3–5 years’ experience in HR or People Ops Experience with Workday and Jira Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Strong data-driven mindset and process improvement experience Fluent in English;
French highly preferredNice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience supporting remote/global teams Proven experience leading HR projects from design to delivery High business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally Seniority level
