Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of multiple independent living locations
Engage individuals in community participation and citizenship
Coach and mentor a team of Community Living Counsellors
Manage scheduling, timecards, and financial reporting
Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and team members
Requirements:
Class 5 driver’s license; Class 4 required for permanent staff
Access to a vehicle for commuting
First Aid and CPR certification required
Transparent criminal record check paid by CLS
Leadership experience in related fields
