Automate grievance data capture processes
Prepare and analyze costing scenarios for negotiations
Research trends and benchmarks within the market
Contrast legal findings with collective agreements
Engage with Payroll and Finance to resolve disputes
Requirements:
Education in Labour Relations or relevant experience
Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
Demonstrated experience with cost analysis
Familiarity with Labour Law and policy implications
Advanced skills in software like Excel and Word
