Under the direction of the Manager of Facilities & Energy, this role emphasizes high-level project oversight within municipal infrastructures. You will be responsible for guiding project staff, managing contracts, and conducting thorough technical reviews. Your leadership will contribute to the effectiveness of local governance and public infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate various phases of complex capital projects
Prepare tender documents in line with legal standards
Manage public inquiries and community engagement initiatives




Evaluate contractors and ensure project compliance
Develop and track the annual capital budget submissions
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist
Five years of related project experience required
Solid knowledge of Ontario standards and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
