We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to enhance our payroll team at Maersk. This role emphasizes timely bi-weekly payroll processing, compliance with company policies, and legislation. You will be responsible for investigating payroll discrepancies while collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely
• Review and reconcile employee time records and payroll data
• Calculate overtime and process employee payroll changes
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
• Maintain payroll records and support reconciliations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with ADP payroll systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and legislation
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
