We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno Functional Lead to manage development, customization, and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PeopleTools and solid functional knowledge of FSCM modules. Key Responsibilities
Analyze functional requirements and design technical solutions using PeopleTools. Develop and debug customizations using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML Publisher, and Integration Broker. Lead and execute full lifecycle upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Tools and FSCM applications, including Oracle DB upgrades and PUM image updates. Perform code retrofitting, impact analysis, and comprehensive testing post-upgrade. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process improvements.
